When your item reaches the warehouse it is stored free for a generous window — commonly around 90 days — giving you time to gather more orders before you ship.
- Free storage is counted from the day the parcel is logged as "in warehouse".
- You can extend storage for a small fee if you need longer.
- Items left far beyond the window may be flagged or, eventually, disposed of.
- Consolidating before the window ends is the simplest way to avoid extension fees.
