When your item reaches the warehouse, the agent photographs it. This QC step is the cheapest moment to catch a problem, because the item has not left China yet.
- Check the size or measurements against the listing chart.
- Compare the colour to the product photos under neutral light.
- Look for loose stitching, glue marks or obvious defects.
- Confirm the model and any logos match what you ordered.
