Beginner Guide: Your First Agent Order

Before you start

You only need three things: a product link (or a keyword), an email to register, and a rough budget. Everything else — payment, storage, photos, shipping — happens inside the agent. The spreadsheet on this site is where you find the link in the first place.

The order, step by step

   Find the itemBrowse a category here, or paste a Taobao / Weidian / 1688 URL into the search. Match the exact product, colour and size.

   Submit and pay for goodsThe agent buys it from the Chinese seller at the domestic price. This first payment covers the product and the domestic leg only.

   Wait for warehouse arrivalThe seller ships to the agent. When it arrives it is checked in and added to your account.

   Review the QC photosFree photos let you confirm size, colour and condition. If something is wrong, sort it out now — before it leaves China.

   Consolidate and shipCombine items into one box, choose a shipping line, and pay the second (international) shipping fee.

   Track and receiveFollow the parcel to your door and handle any local customs steps if they apply.

• Consolidate — never ship single light items one at a time.
• Mind the weight — heavy shoes and jackets dominate freight cost; balance a box.
• Read the size chart — Chinese sizing runs small; trust centimetres, not labels.
• Use the QC window — it is the cheapest moment to fix a mistake.
